Quilt Designer Pro (one-time unlock)
If Quilt Designer Pro isn't working as expected for you, email us within 14 days of purchase at quilts@digitalfamilyinsights.com and we'll issue a refund, no questions asked.
Since the Pro unlock is tied to the browser you purchased it in (we don't use accounts), please reach out from the same email used at checkout if possible, so we can locate your purchase via Stripe.
AI Preview Credit Bundles
Because credit bundles trigger real, metered costs with our AI image provider as soon as they're used, we can offer refunds only for unused credit bundles, within 14 days of purchase. If you've already generated previews using a bundle, that portion isn't refundable, but any remaining unused credits in that purchase can be refunded on request.
How to Request a Refund
Email quilts@digitalfamilyinsights.com with:
- The email address used at checkout
- The approximate date of purchase
- A brief note on what happened
We aim to respond within a few business days.
